  Was in need of several blueprints enlarged so I could read them, getting older and my eyes can't quite read words written by a mouse I swear. So tiny that my grandson with 20/20 vision couldn't even make out what it read, so I took them into the UPS store and the manager lady, I think her name was Kayla, no I'm sorry it was Kali helped me out tremendously, enlarged them and printed them up for me. Thank you so much now at least I know where I can get all my blueprints enlarged. Thank you Kali, sorry to mess up your name, this old man is going blind I swear.

  You need to educate your clerks at the Warrenton Oregon store, especially the woman that was on duty at 4:40pm Sunday August 2nd 2026. I just tried to drop off pre-paid pre-labeled Amazon returns and was refused service, the clerk claiming all returns must be in the original shippng packaging. THAT IS BS for three reasons: 1. It's FALSE as per Amazon's written policy. 2. I was told by this clerk they cannot accept my packaging because it was wrapped in a brown paper bag (neatly flattened and taped closed), when NEARLY ALL OF MY AMAZON SHIPMENTS COME TO ME IN BROWN PAPER BAGS. 2. I always ship this way thru UPS and it's only this one clerk at this one store that has a problem. Clearly this clerk has an attitude problem, and with so many people in need of a job these days I believe she should be fired to make room for someone with a better attitude as well as a better education. This is not the only time I've had trouble at this store and unfortunately it's one of the few drop off locations in my area.
