  The gentleman at the counter on Mondays is SO SWEET and helpful. I came in with a lot of bs to deal with and he was kind, curious and so helpful to get my packages shipped, my testers printed and my special request for paper ordered

  Went in to send a phone back to AT&T. The lady there was super helpful getting the shipping label out of my phone and onto the box. Very nice place. They have an awesome giant printer that can do just about anything. Probably change the oil on your car!

  Extremely rude staff. A woman in her 40s with blond hair specifically. I just went in on May 24th 2026 at around 4:30, i came in to ship my device with apple. I hand her my device because it’s my first doing this and she proceeds to ask me “what am i supposed to do with this?” I then told her im shipping it with apple she then said “well im gonna need some type of information.“ She has a unprofessional attitude and i felt very uncomfortable.

  I go to UPS about once a week. Stephanie was working by herself today, it became quite busy, She was really awesome and patient. Jen helps me most of the time and I always appreciate their awesomeness!!!!!!

  giving it two stars because it at least showed up to my house but i told the employee at this location that i was shipping something fragile to myself and it needed to be repackaged. they shipped it in the same box, unreinforced with no kind of padding inside, and the contents were crushed under other boxes. luckily i was sort of able to fix it myself but this kind of carelessness wouldn’t have happened at my hometown location.
