  The customer service was awesome, the young man working tonight was fast friendly and professional. The sandwiches were delicious! Great job Warrenton Subway! I managed restaurants most of my younger years, Warrenton Subway is lucky to have such a great employee.

  Decided to place an order but just wanted to quickly call beforehand to check if they had available cucumbers. Employee sounded unhappy on the phone but they said they did. So I placed the order through DoorDash & when I received it, I instead got green peppers instead of cucumbers. I checked the receipt on the order to see if it was someone else’s order on accident, it wasn’t. I checked to see if I just called or ordered the wrong store on accident but I didn’t. I understand if anyone working today was just having a bad day & not feeling well but to where you get the order wrong even after I called asking if you had an ingredient available…I just hope you have a better day.

  Being welcomed in was not acknowledged, asking if wanted food heated was not asked, asked for something specific on my wrap and was told we are not supposed to do that, even with me saying ya can put on side. I am very unsatisfied with the service and food quality, for someone that use to be a store manager and a employee this was the worst I have ever delt with.
