  If I could give this a zero I would. The staff takes cash tips behind the owners back, and I constantly overhear them talking bad about the manager.

  Horrible experience, filthy restaurant. All tables dirty and floor had large food chunks in it. Not to mention the store smells strange and is extremely muggy, with no air flow. We get to finally order after waiting a good 15-20 minutes to find out they have mo bread options. Only white. When you are paying 15$ for a single sandwich you want to pick your bread that is advertised. No signs or indication before you get up to order. Just disappointment after disappointment. Lost my business and my appetite.

  I'd made a review previously but can't find it anywhere so I'm doing it again. My family & I went into the Tillamook Subway last week for lunch. When we walked in, Eli was the ONLY one working & he was busting his ass to keep up with orders. Nobody else had showed up & there was quickly a grip of people lined up behind us. That didn't stop him from providing excellent service as best as possible! He stayed calm, was amazingly happy considering the situation & just kept pushing forward. You have an ambitious worker with exceptional customer service skills! Just wanted to post this because he absolutely deserves to be recognized! Great job Eli! We appreciate the hell outta you! ❤️

  I’ve had a bad experience at this Subway twice now. Unfortunately, the employees were rude and not welcoming on both visits. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer service
