  HUGE SHOUTOUT to Mike at Cricket Wireless! This guy has the patience of a saint—walked me through every single thing on my phone like a tech superhero. He was super kind and respectful the whole time, and actually made the whole process kinda fun.   Store was closed...it seems all stores in Beaverton are gone now. I will be leaving Cricket very soon.Thus is not acceptable customer service. I would give zero stars but I can't.

  Been with this specific Cricket for years. I've never had a bad experience! I've never seen the same employee twice it seems like a revolving door but they are always nice. They make it as speedy as possible and I've even gone in there with silly problems like not knowing I turned off LTE data. They recently gave me an insane deal on my new phone. I was way overdue for an upgrade so I had a certain amount of money to spend on a new phone (came out to 700$!!!) I got a nice HTC phone along with a case, and the rest of the money went towards my monthly bill. Total win.
