  A different person is now managing the Tigard Cricket store. She isn't professional, tells you all about her personal life (bad childhood, bad ex boy friend, gets hit on all the time, blah, blah, blah) and you just don't get the feeling she is very knowledgeable. I went in with a simple transaction and it took forever to complete! Then after that transaction our phones no longer would accept calls and we couldn't call out. I went back to get help and when she couldn't figure out what was going on she resorted to telling me the phone towers had changed. It was so ridiculous that I knew I could not deal with this Manager ever again and went right over to T-Mobile.
