  We have been helping a dear friend who is recovering from major cancer surgery. Her Cricket cell phone had stopped working, and unfortunately it was her only way to make and receive calls during her recovery. We called the Cricket store in The Dalles and talked with Jeremy, who recommended rebooting the phone. He knew what to do, and it worked! Jeremy was very helpful, polite, and great to work with!

  We have gone into this location many times and have always been pleased with their customer service. Many times we have been helped by Jeremy and I just have to say how impressed I am by him. He is speedy, kind and very knowledgeable. I can’t even begin to tell you how much we have appreciated his help and effort each time!
