  When you call the store in Marcola, the phone directory is sooo frustrating with all kinds of questions before you finally get connected to where you might get to speak to someone, but then I was told I would have to wait 11 minutes to talk to someone. Seriously??

  I've always had a great friendly customer service at the store I use and they always make everything super convenient and easy!

  Devon ( the manager) didnt let me pick up an amazon package after checking my id and seeing the amazon order confirmation from my account, he said it needed a pin which amazon did not provide and later said was not needed for pickup. Devon said if i couldnt get a pin (which was not needed and not available) the package would be returned? he was completely unhelpful and had no idea of the policies! earlier he and 2 others all gave me incorrect information causing my car registration to get lost! if i could give negative stars i would, Devon truly is the worst employee ive ever encountered at any UPS store

  Insisted that we need a six digit code from Amazon for pick up. Which was completely incorrect information. Also, the store gave my daughter different information from three different people regarding her car registration being shipped there. Very disappointed. And they have caused us a lot of time and energy. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a UPS store. Devon, the manager was insisting that he could not release a package to my daughter, even though she had her ID. Two hours later… He was incorrect
