I came here to pick up an order for DoorDash and I just wanted to say that the guy working here was super friendly and offered me water and let me use their restroom. Great customer service!
Took a half an hour with one other person in line to get my sandwich order. No wonder you are going out of business
I was going through town on my way to my daughters state choir concert and stopped to get her a sandwich, she always orders the same thing a turkey, bacon, cheese, on Italian herb&cheese, with mayo and extra olives. That's all she wanted but I was told that they would not put extra olives on the sandwich even after I offered to pay extra!! I was told no, they aren't allowed! I was shocked, frustrated, and hugely disappointed that I was being denied a sandwich to my daughters liking even though I was willing to endure an extra cost. Since when is it store policy to not allow the customer to get their sandwich the way they like it? That's crazy to me. The next day went to the subway where I live and was told it was perfectly fine to have extra olives so I really don't understand. I'm not saying this is the workers fault which is the only reason I even gave 2 stars but if this is the policy of this subway store that's just disappointing on a number of levels.
Its such a disappointment to pay for food and you get like a week old piece of bread. I will not be coming back! I hope you guys can improve your choices of what you choose for your customers. You guys just lost a customer from a poor choice of serving someone a piece of bread that should have been thrown away! I literally could not eat it! Thanks for nothing!
Stingy. Girlfriend asked for a little more olives which where light maybe 7-10 slices and they said " I can only put on so many unfortunately ". In my opinion she was asking for a normal amount not extra
