  Can you PLEASE scrape the years worth of fly poop off of the hanging menus, lights, and appliances? Why is this always a problem at almost all subways?

  Just had the rudest drive-thru experience. Decided to grab some lunch on my way home from the store, I had my baby with me so decided it would be easiest to go through the drive-thru. I pull up to the menu that’s posted on the building, I sat there for approximately two minutes looking at the menu trying to decide what I wanted to eat and not once did anybody ever talk through a speaker to me to acknowledge that they would take my order there, so I figured I was supposed to order at the window. So when the car ahead of me pulled away, I pulled up to the window. The worker greeted me with the most condescending “what’s up?” I said, I wanted to order a turkey sandwich to which he immediately cut me off and very rudely kept telling me I needed to back up so that he could make the sandwich while I ordered, I responded “oh okay” obviously confused to which he continued to lecture me on backing up to give him my order through the speaker. Before I could say anything he shuts the window in my face and walks away. Mind you there’s nobody behind me, there’s no line in the store…He very easily could’ve understood that it was a simple mistake and just taken the order. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but the immediate attitude and disrespect to a paying customer was insane.

  This place is an absolute joke. We went in to get seven sandwiches before going to a baseball game. The people working the line you could tell didn’t wanna be there when making the sandwiches and we asked for extra pickles. They literally told us it was illegal to add more pickles. Then, when it came to pay, they held all the sandwiches back like we were going to dine dash and steal them, and run out the door same with the cups. They didn’t want to give any cups to anybody to make the line run more smoothly when the place was busy we will not be visiting this establishment again.

  I went here Saturday to grab a couple sandwiches and met the sweetest girl who made my order to perfection. This is by far my favorite location, I’m never disappointed with my sandwich. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious.
