This place is an absolute joke. We went in to get seven sandwiches before going to a baseball game. The people working the line you could tell didn’t wanna be there when making the sandwiches and we asked for extra pickles. They literally told us it was illegal to add more pickles. Then, when it came to pay, they held all the sandwiches back like we were going to dine dash and steal them, and run out the door same with the cups. They didn’t want to give any cups to anybody to make the line run more smoothly when the place was busy we will not be visiting this establishment again.

I went here Saturday to grab a couple sandwiches and met the sweetest girl who made my order to perfection.
This is by far my favorite location, I’m never disappointed with my sandwich. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious.

Stephanie that made my daughter and my subs today did Awesome!! She was Very professional and a great sandwich maker 😃👏💯💯 We're going back when she's working as she treated us and other customers in there today like Gold 🤗❤️ I've never had a more delicious sub anywhere else in my life and been treated like gold 😊I'm going to mention her name to my friends and family and this particular subway 😃👏

I stopped at this Subway to pick up a sandwich for dinner, I got one 6 inch sandwich, no chips, no drink, no cookie. They put less meat on it and charged me $8.95 for it. This location is supposedly under new management and given that they are surrounded by other food options that you get a sandwich, fries and drink for a very similar price. I guess they don't realize that we all go to the grocery store and know how much things cost, but come on they buy in large quantity and get it cheaper because of that. I'm not stupid I know that the cost of employees is also expensive, but I'm not going back to that location again. I will also share that I had lunch at a different subway recently and got the full lunch combo of drink, chips and sandwich for $10.00. I will not be going back to this location.
Visited Subway recently. Tried to pay for my kids’ dinner with a gift card showing a verified balance (which I showed employee on my phone). The employee said it wouldn’t scan and claimed it had $0, and refused to help or manually enter it.
When I explained I couldn’t afford the full order without it, I was told “that’s crazy,” and the drive-thru window was shut in my face.
Systems fail—I get that. But the lack of basic respect and compassion was unacceptable. Management should seriously address the customer service at this location. Even worse, I submitted a complaint and have not received response, and was locked out of my subway account too. My family will not be returning.
