  When I came in. I was greeted with a smile and, "I will be right with you". Linda proceeded to do this with everyone who walked in, with a smile on her face and welcoming attitude. Then a man walked in looking to locate a tracking number from a few days ago. With the same optimistic attitude she told him I'm not sure but we can sure try. Going above and beyond. Thank you Linda.

  The worst experience I’ve ever had at any shipping store. Took in a package from Nike for return. Gave the owner code to scan. She complained that my old label was on the box. I told her to run her label and put it over the top of the old label. She did so begrudgingly. Then she said the box Was supposed to be ready to ship and it wasn’t taped shut on the top. I asked if she could tape it. She said she charges for tape! I have taken many many many packages back for returns over the years to UPS and FedEx. I almost always have them taped and ready to go. However, given today’s circumstances I was unable to do so. NO ONE has ever been so rude or charged me for a piece of tape. NEVER going back there. YOU WONT GO EITHER UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO BE TREATED RUDLY! I rarely write reviews unless the experience was extremely positive. BUT this was so bad I had to warn others!

  I was denied service. It wasn't due to behavior. I didn't ask them to ship anything illegally, or ship anything hazardous. They just had a blanket policy. Not from the UPS store franchise, just this specific franchise owner. Before visiting, I would see what their views on your items are. I do not know if religious items are offensive to them. They may be recovering alcoholics and refrain from shipping wine as a moral stance. Maybe their political views are contradictory with your items. In any event, before wasting your time energy or gas, make sure your item meets with their approval.
