  Walked in with no one else but the worker there. My wife and I started ordering and 5 people showed up. Nicole behind the counter was on top of everything and got not only us but everyone taken care of and still had great customer service.

  Staff is under trained and inexperienced in basic level customer service. They were out of everything and it wasn't sure to supply chain issues. The person in charge didn't order enough supplies and the staff didn't prep for a busy day. But that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was trying to work with them. I kept changing my sandwich choice only to be told in standard teenager slouch "we're out of that". Not once did either kid make a recommendation or divulge what they did actually have.

  Seriously, owners, look at the high school schedule and don't leave one poor guy there to make sandwiches in a night that has a basketball game. That young man did a fantastic job. You literally had customers standing in line and then walking right out the door because your store was so understaffed.

  I know everyone that works Sunday thru Thursday night because I go there 3 days a week and I'm very happy with this place.
