  I went to Dallas the other day and the Manager was rude and unprofessional. So I tried Sheridan Subway. And boy, what a difference! Super clean store with cute little decorations everywhere. I got a chance to speak to the girl who’s the manager, but I didn’t get her name. She was clearly in some sort of pain, but had a huge smile on her face and was happy to go above and beyond for me! And I spoke with her husband, he was very helpful and has a GREAT sense of humor. I laughed the entire time I was in that store! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my visit and will definitely be returning!

  Whoever is managing this place needs to be retrained immediately. This place is beyond dirty. How could you not notice that your doors are absolutely filthy disgusting, your carpets are covered in filth, Every surface is covered in a disgusting film. I wouldn’t eat from this restaurant if you paid me. There’s no way that management doesn’t notice the filth that covers every surface of this restaurant. It’s an absolute disgrace. Which is sad because Sheridan doesn’t have very many restaurants. I wish I could post something positive about this place, but quite frankly management needs to be either retrained or fired immediately.

  Never have I ordered from this location in Sheridan Oregon and got exactly what I ordered online. Today I go on to order online and it says not accepting orders online. I wanted the bogo deal. So I called and they said they were out of a few items so not accepting online orders. I said can I get the deal of the BOGO since they were not taking online orders. All I got was a NO. I figured I would try after a few months hoping they may have fixed there issues but no once again crappy service

  The worst subway I've ever been to every time I do a online order they don't get it right they never give me my red wine vinegar they screw it up every single time and then they skimp me on everything the only time they get it right is if I walk in there and watch them do it I'm so sick of this i call and complain and thay just say thare out of it but the i go in and it's right thare they need new management and workers
