    We ordered our food through the app and had to wait over an hour past the time the app gave for pick up. The two kids working boy and girl were backed up what looked to be 10 online orders (all laid out on the back counter). While I was there waiting the two kids were talking and what seemed to be flirting with each other (inappropriate workplace behavior in front of customers) for majority of the time. Multiple people walked out tired of waiting for their food. It took the girl more than 10 minutes to make ONE sandwich. Which was probably made wrong. FINALLY after 1 hour past the original pick up time I got my 2 sandwiches. COMPLETELY WRONG AND BACKWARDS. No the girl did not mix up one list of veggies onto the other sandwich. I mean completely wrong things that were supposed to be on one sandwich on the other and then there was things that were even supposed to be on EITHER sandwiches on both. I get being busy but the way the girl was responding to customers is completely unacceptable. After I came back and brought it to their attention instead of saying sorry for her mistake and offering to correct it she was making excuses. I asked for a refund and was told that they do not know how to do one and proceeded to say they both have only been there for a month and it is not their fault they weren’t shown. When I requested they call somebody who was competent enough to figure it out the girl storms off to the back. Then proceeded to tell me if I ordered online I need to request it through the app. Fine if it was easy enough. You have to jump through 20 hoops just to get your refund. After this they proceeded to remake my sandwiches. The boy and girl both asked me what I wanted of the sandwiches at the same time in attempt to confuse me and both bombard me with questions. Which is fine as I did not entertain this. After this whole ordeal I do not believe these 2 teenagers should be allowed to work this store alone with such little understanding of the way their job works and the disrespect they show to their customers. This location lost multiple sales in the time I was there due to these employees inability to maintain the flow of business they were receiving. Truly disappointing and embarrassing for the management that decided it was a good idea to not only hire but allow these two to work alone.

    Online ordered an extra 50% black forest ham with red onion, lettuce, spinach, green bell pepper, black olives & cucumber. Barely any ham or lettuce and no red onions at all. Picked it up while driving to the ocean for a picnic. Discovered lack of flavors at the beach as I force ate 6" * had to drive back to get the onions & lettuce added to the last 6".

    i would give 5 stars but both times i went there 2 different workers didnt know how to make their sandwich. they need to be taught again how to make sandwiches. you wouod think with a pizza sub they would spread the sauce onto the bread... not put the pepperoni down then the sauce.. insane.. and they both did it like they need to go through the learning process again
