  Not so much Chrispher Chruby but Allstate is a lousy company to insure through my car was a yr old less then 20k miles valued at Kelly blue book at 24k and they only want to give me 16k and some of the items in my car were gifts from my grandma and she died 2 months ago and they want receipts for everything also my boyfriends car he just got was also lite on fire and then said put it on renters insurance

  My husband and I have been customers for 26 years. Our first agent retired then our second agent retired then we got this office and this agent. They mishandled putting one of our children on our auto insurance policy. Which cost us thousands of dollars. Then with the recent wildfires they mislead us regarding a homeowners claim. While we had questions regarding filing a claim, we did not want to file one. We were surprised when we got a $500 check in the mail. We called Christopher and he told us that it was like a speeding ticket and it was a permanent mark on our record. When we explained that it was a misunderstanding, he told us multiple times that our conversation was recorded and that they listen to recordings. This lack of care and professionalism may also end up costing us thousands of dollars. Worst insurance agent and office ever!
