  I ordered from this place and got reheated wings. The wings made me sick so I called the next day and asked for a refund. When an employee answered the call I was told they couldn’t refund until the general manager got there on Tuesday. I waited for a call all day Tuesday did not receive one. I will never recommend this place to anyone customer satisfaction is not their priority.

  Weighted 35 minutes while probably 15 other people went in and picked up orders. The chicken was half the size the bun the fries were completely salty my kids couldn't even eat them we ordered a large Ranch and got a teeny-weeny little one I had to go back in and wait another 10 minutes for 3 more people in front of me. Totally dissatisfied not at all what I was expecting from the West Salem Wingstop

  This is the only location available for delivery to my house. Unfortunately, I’ve had a few disappointing experiences. On one occasion, the chicken was undercooked, and a couple of other times the quality was noticeably lower compared to the other two Wingstop locations I order from or visit. I took a few months off from ordering and recently decided to try again but delivery times shown on the Wingstop app don’t match the delivery times provided by their third-party delivery service, which makes it difficult to know what to expect. Unfortunately, I feel hesitant to order from this store.
