  Because even if it's a long line and the store is very busy, they always take such good care of me and it moves so fast. I've never had a bad experience, especially at this store and Emily is my very own Superhero!

  I was initially hesitant to use this location due to the inconsistent reviews. But reading some of the other reviews, I kind of picked up on misunderstandings to be the recurring theme rather than bad service. So I decided to give the store a try and see for myself. Initially I had a similar experience, feeling confused about there being different pricing for a service I had bought the day before at a different UPS location. But after they explained it all to me, it made much more sense why the price was slightly different (and it still wasn't expensive!). Kayleen worked extra hard to make sure all my photos looked good, non-blurry, and were sized right. She definitely went above and beyond, and that mattered to me. Emily was also super pleasant. Since my order took a bit longer than others, I got to see her interact with other customers. She was helpful, efficient, and kind (without sacrificing personality like so many people do when they work in retail). Overall I had a great experience today at UPS. I will plan to come back for my shipping and Amazon return needs. And if I may, don't believe everything you see on reviews. Some people really like to feel a sense of "justice" when they give a bad review when in reality they just didn't understand store policy. Heck, even I misunderstood store policy today! But I took the time to listen and understand. You don't have to be a Karen, you just have to be human. 💖

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I dropped off a package last Thursday and was assured everything was fine, but I didn't receive a receipt. When I inquired today about the lack of updates, I was informed that my package was lost because it wasn't scanned. The staff told me to file a claim and stated they couldn't do anything further since the package had left their facility. As a result, over $200 worth of items are now lost, and no one can help locate it, even though the issue stemmed from their failure to scan the package. I am left without my package and without any real assistance.
