  I came in to get something notarized and you guys did it wrong. Not only did that cost me several hundred dollars for your guys's mistake. But also delayed what I was doing by a month

  Friendly staff, but seems that they often do not have the shipping materials that are free with overnight shipping. This includes the Express Paks. Sometimes they have express legal envelopes. As a result I’ve had to pay for poly bags or bubblers they sell that can fit my legal size documents. They say it’s because it’s a small store, but I never experience this at other small UPS stores.

  I went to return a package, frustrated because of the headache of trying to get it sorted the front desk clerk was rude, and snarky towards me as I explained why I didn't understand what he was explaining to me. I left. And I will no longer be returning to this location. Worst service I've ever received. On top of being utterly embarrassed being treated in front of other guests in the store.
