I had to leave a positive review because they just accidentally messed up my order and instead of giving me a hard time or trying to just do the bare minimum they actually went above and beyond and even gave me an extra little goodie as an incentive which most subways do not do so. I appreciate the extra those guys are doing. Definitely the staff here is above par than before. Very much appreciate the staff here. Good job today! Thank you for fixing my order. This location clearly does not read orders carefully. I specifically requested no onions and light sauce on my sandwich, while my partner ordered a regular sandwich—yet somehow, his ended up with onions added, even though it doesn’t normally come with them. That’s not just an inconvenience, it’s a potential safety issue. What if someone had an onion allergy?
On top of that, my request for light sauce was completely ignored, and I ended up with an overly soggy sandwich from excess sauce. It’s frustrating to get home and realize your order wasn’t prepared correctly. Attention to detail is essential in food service, and this experience fell well short.
I was stuck in the drive through for over 35 minutes
The young man working on Saturday 1/24 at 3pm, was so great! He made sure the ingredients going in the wraps were good quality and the wraps weren't spilling out. I appreciate the attention he gave to our food. I am used to people just throwing everything in there and then when it's time to eat, everything just explodes.
