  Shay is always kind, efficient, and polite at the drive-thru window. The staff are always friendly, smiling, and busy. * I think there should always be 2 experienced people working during lunch and dinner times, in case of an emergency; whether personal or professional.

  Only one person working by herself on Mother's Day morning is rather cruel. Short staff sucks any day, let alone on a day meant to honor hard working women. She was wonderful and kind, and made an awesome sandwich in spite of being swamped with orders. I hope the manager understands that customers observe the atmosphere they create for their employees.
