    Don't bother ordering on the app thinking you might get your food in a timely fashion. They bump online orders and do not make them in the order received. They don't even print out the order until you've asked about your order several times. I watched 10 people come and go and order and get their orders made while I was waiting for them to even start my order. I even ordered 20 min before I arrived. Customer service is dead in this place. I'll never return.

    ⚠️ DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS AT THIS LOCATION!!! Our order pick up at 3:15 PM and the worker hasn't made the order, marked it as picked up, refuses a refund!! He isn't even making any of the online orders he currently has lined up!!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. From the moment we walked in, the service was unprofessional. We were not greeted at all and were abruptly told that the lobby was closed. That was not an issue for us since we were only ordering takeout, but the tone was rude and dismissive. While waiting for our order, my boyfriend briefly sat down. A staff member who was cleaning (she had a large neck tattoo) aggressively told him to get up because she was cleaning. My boyfriend does not speak English, so I translated. When I calmly asked if him sitting for a moment would really interfere, she responded in a hostile and disrespectful way. To make matters worse, I observed employees preparing sandwiches without washing their hands, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable when it comes to food safety. When I asked for a manager’s name, I was told “Shelby,” but no employee names were provided. As we were leaving, the same employee smirked and laughed at us, which was incredibly unprofessional. As a regular customer, this experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Due to the poor service and lack of basic hygiene standards, I will not be returning.

    I walked out after waiting in line for 3 customers ahead of me. The one worker at the time was making the food and then handling the customers checkouts without washing her hands in between. I have a weak immune system and can’t risk having the germs from the last 3 customers (or more) in my food! It is disgusting that this employee doesn’t practice the most basic of trainings, like hand washing, to keep their community healthy.
