I had a disappointing experience at this Subway during the night shift. The order screen showed my total as around $14, but when I got to the drive-thru window, the employee told me the total was $17. I was not asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and I was not given a receipt to verify the charges. It appeared that a tip may have been added without my authorization. Customers should be informed of any additional charges and provided with a receipt. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures transparent payment practices.

Went through the drive-thru... Where do they cold cut sub. At the window paid before receiving the sub. Tipped a dollar... The hands me the submarine without napkins. Who eats fast food without napkins. When I asked for them, he said, oh you want some. I am so tired of getting fast food without napkins. Subway does make a good sandwich.

Been in line for 40 minutes. Only two cars were ahead of me. The restaurant part is closed. This is completely ridiculous. Two sandwiches. Just two. Come on.

Paid for a $32 order, waited 20 minutes. I modified the sandwich in the drive-thru because I couldn't come in inside. I can only eat specific kinds of chicken and I cannot eat ranch, so I ordered a turkey, not roasted, and replaced the ranch with another sauce. I was given the sandwich and had to rush to my job only to find out the sandwich was wrong with chicken and ranch. I called and asked if I could come in later for a refund or the right sandwich and I was met with a rude "well why order this if you can't have this" and "this is what the receipt says", even though I have my receipt on me. I don't even want to return for the proper sandwich due to this customer service.

Absolutely worst Subway sandwiches I've ever gotten from any Subway. I ordered a oven roasted turkey and it had like 2 super thin slices of turkey. Didn't get any of the extra veggies we asked for. In fact, I think the amount we actually got was less than the less option for veggies. We did this order online. They're lucky it was a BOGO or I definitely would've went back to complain. Seriously though, just horrible. Pic def shows that I didn't get extra anything. Will never be going there again.
