  Can't even get ahold of a real person to report an issue. Driver left my heavy package at the bottom of my long uphill driveway, which meant I had to drag both my toddlers out with me in 90° heat and carry my package up the uphill driveway while 20 weeks pregnant because my driver didnt want to get out of his van. Lazy and ridiculous.

  Customer service from the gentleman at the front counter was absolutely non existent. It seemed as I was an inconvenience being there to pick up a package. The attitude of the employee doesn't belong in a customer service environment. I truly hope he was just having a bad day and this is not the service normally provided here. My first and last time going.

  They don’t know how to read addresses!! Have filed a claim, and have tried to call and went straight to the machine. Horrible experience.
