  Great service! I had to send a fax , haven't done that in a while and there staff walked me through it and was completed in time. A big help!

  There nice, but ive only been in twice and everytime they dont quite seem to quick on scanning QR codes. I also dont know why there is only this one. So glad i ship other ways.

  Wouldn’t put any stars if possible disgusting way of talking to customers, my mother who wears a head scarf was treated very poorly, lady named Jennifer wearing glasses wouldn’t even look her in her eyes when speaking to her and talking in a very snarky disgusted manner as if she was being forced to help her, lied about pricing of shipment thinking she could take advantage of her and when my mother told her to speak to me (her daughter) so I could understand better, the way she was speaking was so monotone and coming from disgust.Mind you my family has well known businesses in Salem, Oregon and know what proper customer service is and how you speak to your customers. Quite clear she was prejudice and when I called to speak to the manager who was available at the time “Andrew” they claimed that that’s how they interact with all of their customers. Don’t think that’s the case or else they’d definitely only have a one star rating. Absolutely disgusting and I’ll be taking further action from higher authority in acts of discrimination caused by commercial st. Fed ex in Salem Oregon, never felt so discriminated by in our lives!
