My service kept cutting off and when I walked in to explain to them they went to show me a phone that I needed to buy a new one. Literally I bought my current phone less than a year, how is it possible to have an outdated phone in 8 months and the only way they would help me was by me purchasing another phone scamm . He didn't even care he turned the phone over and that's it. I'll be contacting customer service for my number switch
