  I needed to activate a phone line for my business. So I went to cricket wireless store at 3094 Lancaster Dr. NE, where the store manager Yesenia assisted me with the best customer service I had received from a cell phone store employee in a long time. She took the time to make sure that my phone line got activated. She went above and beyond. She also multitasked when other customers came in for help. She truly is an amazing asset for PQH wireless Inc!

  Blanca Adame at the Lancaster and Devonshire store in Salem, OR was superb! She took all the time needed to change over our cell phone service from Verizon. And it was not easy. She was professional and pleasant through the entire process. Thank you very much Blanca. Ray VanTassel
