  The service was fast and easy. However, the young man who took my package couldn't afford a hello or a smile. I have my had in a brace from surgery and he stood there glum faced as I struggled to get my return into a bag. ☹️

  I normally ship through the store with my usps and ups sales which are a lot. Or I have shipped larger boxes to my siblings out of state. Never had too many issues until today. They were busy with 2 employees doing fingerprinting and one was on the phone so no one was at the counter. What they told me to do before was to put my packages which were all labeled and ready in certain areas. A few were post the others were ups. Didn’t think anything of it until the worker lady and male freaked out about it. Very rudely said you can’t do that or be back behind the counter etc. I said oh that’s weird because I have been told to do it before by the same lady! So not sure about that. And the dude was like you cut the other people in line and should’ve waited which I could understand but no one had drop offs .Mine were all labeled and ready to go so not sure why I get told it’s ok the multiple times before but today was a no no. They called me out in front of customers so it was very rude and not professional and embarrassing. Yes it was a mistake on My part thinking I could do what I had done prior. but it was just a horrible experience. I will take my business elsewhere if they can’t get there stories straight from one day to the next.

  Went to the UPS store to ship out a hot rod hood (one that folds in half). My husband helped our neighbor sell his hotrod. The buyers flew out from Colorado and drove it back. There wasn't any room to bring it back with them so we told them we would ship it. Karrie was very knowledgeable with taping two boxes together to make it fit and bubble wrapped it. Karrie was very helpful and handled the difficult task without any trouble.

  The man at the counter Joe at the Roseburg UPS Store was extremely helpful and made our experience delightful. I was sending a money order for a friend and he not only remembered my friend he helped us with how she normally sends the money order, which was exactly correct.
