  Okay HUGE rave for the employees at Subway on Stewart Parkway (8-1-26 at 6:15) I ordered on the app and asked for a ridiculous amount of pickles, I'm pregnant and desperately was craving Subway's pickles 😂 and oh my they did not disappoint. Not only did they load up my sandwich, they gave me a cup of pickles, two cookies, and wrote on my sandwich "baby fuel" seriously made my whole entire week! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  The delivery to 1185 NW Hicks St today for Jay Milburn was done by dasher. He was given 20 dollar tip. I don’t remember a thank you and he tore out of our driveway. My girl gave the tip instead of putting it with the order. She will not do that again! Maybe a 5 dollar tip. I am a fellow Dasher and have never witness this sort of attitude, especially for 20 dollar cash tip! She was curious what would happen with no visible tip until Dasher got here.

  As I get off of work to go on my lunch, I choose Subway specifically the one off of Stuart Parkway! There are three people working first one that greets me her name is Diane Very sweet lady I have gone here multiple times and just the day before she had taken my order and still made it even though I forgot my wallet I ran home got my wallet And got the Food. She has amazing customer service and is very sweet and understanding when it comes to things like that. The next person her name was Joanne She was very sweet and was making Someone else else’s sandwiches, but was still willing to help out Diane when she needed it. The next person that helped was Isaiah I had gone here multiple times and this boy let me tell you literally knows what you need before you ask him example a today she was putting ranch on my sandwich and it ran out. Isaiah before she even asked gave her ranch. He’s very attentive and understands his job very well! These three worked so good I will only come to this subway in Roseburg for These three to make my family or just my sandwich sandwiches! They Have excellent customer service and is never rude or shows being irritated in anyway!

  Tipping expectations are awkward if you go through drive through they don’t let you scan your own card to decide your own tip privately. They will ask you at the window what percentage you want to tip which is very awkward and in my opinion tipping at subway should not even be asked at an establishment where they make sandwiches and get paid an hourly wage I understand it may not be much but that is up to subway to pay their workers fairly and we as consumers should not be expected to pay towards that wage. Subway used to never ask for tips but tipping culture has gotten out of hand. In my opinion the only establishments that has been normal to tip is sit down restaurants where you are waited on and maybe a coffee shop.
