  Fedex has failed me at every level when tyring to track an important delivery. 1) They left a note on my door but it doesn't say what they are doing with the package. 2) The app isn't giving me information. 3) The AI chat bot on their website couldn't help. 4) When I called an AI robot answered and couldn't help me and it hung up on me. 5) I finally got ahold of a human on the phone but their voice was cutting out and they said they couldn't help me.

  Unsure of store service but do know the driver of truck 476986 in Roseburg Oregon pulling out directly in front of me forcing me to drive around to avoid an accident probably should pay more attention or not drive.
