  After 8 years of going through cricket time to move on so everyone knows if you buy a phone through cricket even if you buy it outright $1300 they lock it to cricket for a year they don't tell you that and when you ask about it when I bought it they guy said be unlocked now the service constantly dropping calls I have 5 lines through them none of them work right. But I guess that's what you get when you deal with manipulating, lying, thief's if you don't supply the service you are paid for then that's stealing. And before you reply some nonsense thing like we are sorry contact us l already did you hung up on me why I was asking questions then timed out that chat.

  Don't buy your phone through cricket store or online they will lock it even if it's paid for outright you will have to have service for one year to have it unlocked. They don't have deals or any good discounts. I bought a I phone 17 their phone service started dropping calls went to switch can't because it's locked. You would think after 7 years of being with them they would. But I guess they would rather loose 5 lines. now I have a $1100 paper weight. This is even after there sales man told me wasn't locked.

  I've visited this store twice now and Racheal has helped me both times. She is just the best. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional with the added benefit of her awesome personality. She is amazing at explaining all my options, offering alternatives, and promoting specials that Cricket has. She's definitely a great addition to the Cricket team and I hope her manager notices. I know I'm happy when I walk through the doors and see her smiling face. Keep up the great work Racheal! I appreciate you!

  Such a poor place for customer service. The "manager" makes me wish I didnt wven have Cricket. I dont think i will after this cycle anyways ..
