  I've visited this store twice now and Racheal has helped me both times. She is just the best. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional with the added benefit of her awesome personality. She is amazing at explaining all my options, offering alternatives, and promoting specials that Cricket has. She's definitely a great addition to the Cricket team and I hope her manager notices. I know I'm happy when I walk through the doors and see her smiling face. Keep up the great work Racheal! I appreciate you!

  Such a poor place for customer service. The "manager" makes me wish I didnt wven have Cricket. I dont think i will after this cycle anyways ..

  Why has the connection been so poor lately? I pay 125 every month, yet I can't even have a simple phone conversation properly, Take measures to improve the quality of your connection, or charge no more than $2 for the service, Since your network coverage is poor, please take measures to improve your service; otherwise, I will file a lawsuit seeking compensation for moral damages.

  Horrible customer service. The management girl was argumentative, talked over you, would not listen to you, it was a nightmare! And we have been cricket customers for over 11 years! This by far was the worst customer service! Will never return to that store again! She has no business being in a managerial position
