  The employees of this UPS store are amazing. I can take returns closer to home but, never had any issues and always amazing customer service.

  I don't go in until I have tried everything I know how to do. I actually have gon 2 times. I saw the doctor right away after making my appointment online. I got a really bad ear infection that OTC meds didn't work on. I got my prescription and healed. Then I got a really bad ulcer and the meds I usually take were not working so I got some more meds and the doctor called me twice to check up on me and make sure I got a call for a CT scan to double check my Crohn's disease wasn't causing my pain in my small intestine. I was surprised because he looked back in my file I didn't say anything about my Crohn's since I tested positive but I'm in remission. Dr. Lee took the time to look at my file, listen and ask good questions. If for some reason I can't get in to see my regular Dr I will go back and definitely recommend them. Thank you so much!

  I was returning an item through UPS shipping with specific instructions. I was told to take pictures at the official UPS store/ drop-off from the company I bought from. At the counter, the lady with blonde hair, shaved on one side was incredibly rude. I asked if she could seal up the box for me with the explanation above, She immediately had a bad attitude and became agitated. She said, I can give you one piece of complimentary tape, thats it. I worked my whole life with the public and would never react in such a way for 1 foot of shipping tape. No customer service for a 1 minute transaction.
