  The absolute worst garbage insurance company you could ever have. I had a claim for a hit and run and the whole experience was a fiasco. Back-and-forth with the adjuster/agent, at one point the guy threatened to deny my claim and hang up on me because he didn’t like my attitude. Put it down as just a one off at the time. But my son was recently Involved in an accident that was 100% the other Drivers fault, my son and the other driver both have Allstate. This was the biggest joke that I’ve ever experienced in my life at least eight different times my son was told something by the adjuster only to have it changed completely within 24 hours. Who does this? Especially to your own clients? Through dealing with the Bodyshops for estimates and the rental car to get a rental car we have found out that through word-of-mouth that Allstate is known to be the biggest garbage outfit there is. That’s not even mentioning the tactics they used to try and force you to go to the Bodyshop that they want. Sending texts after business hours and on holiday weekends. They stay just on the thin side of being legal on everything they do. Also writing to the Oregon insurance commissioner hopefully one of these things will actually have an impact. DO NOT USE ALLSTATE INSURANCE, you will regret it tremendously.

  I've had a great experience with Jolene Weber regarding my renters insurance. I enjoy paying it all at once in the fall and not thinking about it again until the next fall. If I had a car or a home, I would use Allstate for the insurance.
