  I waited for 10mins because the only employee there was in the back and he finally came out front with earbuds in his ears. He had to take one out just to talk to me, then he asked if I could wait a few mins. I said I had to use the restroom any way. When he finally came out he told me that he was in the back prepping cheese. I was wowed by that. I waited 15 mins in all just so he could prep cheese that he didnt need right then. I then ordered a meatball sub and asked to make sure my sandwich was hot and he said yes. When I got it the meatballs and sauce was cold.
