  Too busy getting flowers for and interacting with another customer to see customer waiting for 3 minutes. No veggies on the line. Cleaning the line as she’s making my sandwich. Lifts metal containers out to take to back. Drips liquid from underneath metal containers across my sandwich and it doesn’t even register with her. Asks me what veggies I want and I tell her what happened and leave.

  I went in today to get a sandwich and the bread was so undercooked that I had to peel away the parchment paper to try and eat it. Fell apart in my hands, so I called and they said there was nothing they could do. SMH

  The employees are nice, make good sandwiches and most of the time it only takes 5-7 minutes to get a sandwich. They don’t mind me paying in all coins which is also nice because I never have cash.
