  They close at ten but both of their open signs were still on. The person inside didn’t acknowledge us at all, otherwise I would’ve let them know about the signs.

  Extremely rude cashier. I thanked them and got a sandwich tossed across the counter. Paid for a toasted tuna sub with extra veggies. Got a sandwich with maybe a tablespoon of tuna (literally) and not extra veggies but plenty of spinach. I even tipped them, and this is what I got in return. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but this is the third poor experience from this location, and after reading about the cashier’s behavior from a previous review 9 months ago, I had to share my experience. Chris, don’t work in customer facing roles if you hate people. And the owner of this location should do better.

  I love this subway! I worked there for over two years and let me tell you I know how clean and friendly the store and staff where then!! For the person who was irritated that they were closed for a few days for family issues how about you meant what happened. The wonder passed away at the age of 30 and they choose to close the store for a couple days so the workers who were all very close to the owner could Mourn! But way to go for being quick to judge!! Maybe right now the service isn't at its too notch but they are all going through a lot because the owner wasn't only their boss but also a friend who was always willing to lend a helping hand and always there to help everyone out. So I am sorry that you had a horrible experience but take into consideration the circumstances. This is a great subway and you will always be treated wonderfully. (:
