  The people who work here can't make a sandwich right to save their lives. How do you miss putting meatballs on a meatball sandwich?? My household ordered 4 sandwiches tonight and everyone of them were completely wrong. Train your staff better.

  Their bread was stale and burnt in some places, the lady was coughing all over the place, they were out of alot of their ingredients, the chick seemed super annoyed doing her job. This place honestly sucks. I wouldn't stop by this location again.

  Bring back the other old guys there they were much better, they put so little on my sandwich this time I can't tell there's anything on there it just looks like bread

  I was accused of stealing chips that this establishment doesn’t even carry or sell! The male employee followed me outside and told me that he saw me pick up a bag of chips and walk out the door. A bold faced lie!! Instead of apologizing, he laughed at me. Is this acceptable behavior for your employees??! He should be fired. Terrible customer service. Today is Tuesday, Aug 18th. It should be easy to see who was working this night because I didn’t stick around to get his name. Absolutely unacceptable!

  Terrible tasting sandwich, and not made correctly, and had to wait an extra 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 1:55pm. I ordered online at 1:30, I ordered extra mayo and peppercorn ranch for my footlong chicken bacon ranch sandwich, the app said it’d be ready by 1:55. I got there at 1:58 and the employee said it wasn’t ready yet and she was just about to start making it, I waited in my car with my dogs for another 15mins, went in got my sandwich and opened it in the store as I’ve been “burnt” too many times and am tired of getting home and finding out my food is not what I ordered or paid for! Glad I did cuz the sandwich looked so dry, among not looking appetizing or anything like the photo. I then waited in line for the employee to act like it was the first time she’s seen me and asked can I help you. I asked her if I could get the extra mayo and ranch I ordered on my sandwich, she said she couldn’t put it on my sandwich but could give me a side. Frustrating cuz had she made it right the first time I wouldn’t have to go thru any of this, but she ended up giving me a cup of ranch and tossed 4 mayo packets on the counter. She wasn’t happy about it and she seemed to be irritated that I expected my sandwich to made correctly, especially after taking over 40 mins to make! This sandwich turned out to be one of the grossest sandwiches I’ve had at subway, and to think they are charging $16 for it, is insane! Do yourself a favor go to JERESY MIKES INSTEAD!! SUBWAY IS GROSS AND OVERPRICED AND THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS DISAPPOINTING! Also I pre-tipped in the app thinking it’d give the employees an incentive to make my sandwich correctly and good. Wish I could get my tip back. 🤨
