  I live and work in the area and, honestly, I’ve avoided this location for quite some time because it always appeared dirty from the outside whenever I walked by. Tonight was my first time actually going inside, and unfortunately, it confirmed my concerns. When I entered, an employee was sitting at a table in the dining room. He got up, clocked back in, walked behind the counter, and immediately grabbed my bread choice without washing his hands first. That was concerning, especially in a food-service environment. I was then informed that the store was out of all bread except white and wheat. Before proceeding, I asked what else was unavailable, and the employee listed at least six additional items they were out of. The overall impression was that the restaurant was severely understocked and struggling operationally. Beyond the inventory issues, the store itself appeared dirty and poorly maintained. The employee’s appearance and grooming also did not reflect the standards I would expect in a restaurant handling food. Overall, this location gave the impression of a franchise that is struggling to maintain basic cleanliness, food availability, and operational standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend visiting this location.

  Went today 06/10/2026 at around 9:00 pm. TERRIBLE!!! Girl working gave me my sandwhich WITHOUT THE MEAT??? It was a mobile order. Probably thought she could get away with it. How disgusting and unprofessional. She could've easily mentioned that they were out of that product when I picked it up instead of adding A TON of condiment to cover up her own doing. I always have so much understanding for those working in the food industry, but this was too ridiculous to not share.

  Newer people are horrible. Some smell like weed and B.O, some don't brush their hair, they don't seem to like to clean the tables or floor after it gets gross. Looks like it hasn't been mopped in weeks. Crumbs everywhere, dust. Where's the manager at with the tattoos? Won't be coming back.

  The food is great, but I miss seeing Asia there. Dude with pink hair is pushy and always sounds annoyed. Asia was so bubbly and always made everyone feel welcomed. It's like that store has fallen apart.

  I asked for extra black olives on a footlong sandwich; when they put a small sprinkling of olives on I asked for more and they told me that no I couldn't get more because the recipe they had to follow called for EIGHT SLICES of black olives. I know this seems like a small issue, but for an over $10 sandwich to be skimping me on sliced olives of all things is wild. They didn't even offer to sell me more at an extra charge. Never had this problem at a subway before and will not be back. I don't usually leave 1 star reviews but come on.
