    If i could give zero stars, i would! they are rude, they take their sweet time helping customers, and refused to honor coupons on several occasions. I was in there a while back for an online order, i was charged, but because their machine was not receiving the orders not only did they refuse to honor the order even with proof on the app of the charge. They flat out refused to serve me and several other customers. Even when we offered to reorder and repay instore. Absolutely the worst subway i have ever been to. They need to have their franchise pulled, they are giving a company a bad rep. I used to get subway about once a week but i have not returned to any subway since and will never return to this location even though i live very close by. I did eventually get my money back about a week later.

    I would love for a manager to call me. I work as the clinical director for mental health facility and a lot of my co-workers were coming back, stating that the guy was high on drugs. And he had a really bad attitude. So I went in ordered some food, asked a guy about some cheese got a real bad attitude. I asked him, is there a problem? And he said, you can get out of my store.Can I have the owner or general manager or somebody give me a call, please. I found out that he called one of my employees theN word this is not acceptable in anyway please email me for full details... I posted this week's ago and they still have an employee. Wearing racist hooligan apparel and I still have not gotten contacted by the manager which I find highly egregious. So this is my second attempt to try to get somebody to call me or reach out to me by email.Rather, because I don't want to put my phone number on here

    Do not order from this store, especially with doordash. I have had multiple issues as a dasher and as a customer. the store loosing the order or my dasher waiting there for an hour for one sandwich. Will not order from here ever again
