  When I walked into the store, the employee making sandwiches was on her phone with it up to her ear while wearing gloves. She continued preparing the sandwiches while touching her phone and did not change her gloves before making my sandwich afterward, which felt very unhygienic. Most of the time that I go to this location, the service is also extremely slow, and orders don’t seem to be prioritized fairly — for example, two to-go footlong orders were completed before my simple 6-inch sandwich. Overall, the experience is frequently disappointing.

  This location is the cleanest and the staff are the friendliest people EVER and they are not busy like the others on 162nd division or 122nd division..those 2 places are horrible and dirty and rude. I hope people will start going to the Eastport plaza subway. No long lines or DoorDash orders. This is the best location Ever!!

  Vine a recoger un pedido online y no habia gente en el restaurant excepto yo. Mi orden estaba lista y me hicieron esperar. La señora vieja con tattos y el otro que está quedando calvo.

  Decent food. Quick service. A very busy place. Selection was limited. Prices are high like everywhere. Store was clean.
