  Terrible service. I’m unsure of the woman’s name but she refused to make my sandwich. She told me my sandwich could not be altered by adding toppings to my sandwich, that I have to have the ingredients that was posted under the sandwich I wanted. In all my years of giving business to subway I have NEVER heard of that. I was told to leave as other white family’s sat and enjoyed their food. I had drove out of my way home just to stop here. I recorded when I left but went back inside to get proof so her time of voice totally changed once she saw I was recording. Her time of voice was discussed and angry I was even in the store. Being treated so poorly truly sucks when I’m respectful and kind everywhere I go despite the kind of day I’m having. I wish others would do the same.

  Went in this evening, was almost done with my sandwich when I placed it upside down and found a piece of sharp hard metal pressed into the bread. Mind you it never left the wrapper. Unfortunately didnt notice until I was almost done. Tried calling them to let them know so they could check the rest of their bread, no answer.

  ZERO STARS. I came here on my lunch break, ordered a basic, footlong BLT, and was charged $16.70. For one sandwich. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo. That's it. (wasn't even that good) I showed the lady my receipt from the Wilsonville location, as they had only charged me $10.60 for the same thing.. No coupons or anything like that. She said, and I quote, "owners of different locations can charge what they want, and bacon is VERY expensive." I get that. But also, that big of a difference is unacceptable. She was rude and dismissive, and didn't even offer to make it right. This is the same rude lady that I've read about in other reviews here. I would recommend going elsewhere. I certainly won't be back. Could've had a regular lunch customer here guys, but no thanks. 👎🏻

  We got a coupon on the mail for 2 footlongs for $13.99. The gal at the counter was very nice and pleasant, but upon showing my coupon she said that her “boss” said no coupons were accepted at this location. I find that unacceptable as I would have NOT gone out of my way to go to subway unless I had a coupon as their sandwhiches are really not the great, and I only went due to the deal. Walked away spending $30 and 2 sandwhiches, when I could when gone up the street to Barber Whole Foods and got something way better. I will 100% never come back to this subway and hope they go out of business as they clearly don’t care about their customer… oh and the inside was a complete outdated mess… good luck to this terrible franchise owner…

  Walked I n showed employee a coupon we had for 2 subs asked if we could use them here and was told yes then went thru making all our sanwichea only to be told they dont accept coupons here by a mean and rude romanian lady even though her employee said they accepted the coupon she rufused to honor what i was told and immediately threw the sandwiches in the garbage and told me to leave. Dont go here rude and wasteful and staff has no concept of decent costomer service.
