This place hasn’t forgotten what customer service is. They are both friendly and quick. And made my sandwich, right. And this day and age (particularly in the space they are in) is a rare gem. Jason was the manager, and Brittany was working behind the counter along with another whose name I didn’t get
I went in today about noonish for lunch. They had a big online order they was trying to finish. Anthony helped start our order of 4 sandwiches while trying to finish up the online order by himself. The manager was doing prep I think. I had to call my daughter to see what she wanted. Anthony was very kind and helped answer questions. Did not rush us at all. We go to subway maybe once a month because we enjoy it but usually have a not so great experience. But Anthony was so kind! He listened and did not rush us. Made our food and made sure we knew what was what. We hope he is there when we come back. If so we would come more often. Subway needs more employees like him!

I come into this location at least once a week. Every time I come in they are out of 1 or more toppings. Today(6/10) I came in for lunch and they were out of multiple items lettuce spinach olives and onions just to name a few..Besides that issue the Manager at this location Jason I believe his name is. He is extremely unprofessional and very rude to his employees. I have come in multiple times when he is yelling at his co workers in front of other coworkers and even in front of other customers!!!! It made me so uncomfortable I ended up leaving without getting my lunch.

Poor service, didn't have enough produce on the line to make sandwiches. Gave me the bare minimum they could get away with of onions.

I picked up my online order only to get home and realize one sandwich was only meat and cheese despite ordering other toppings. I live a couple minutes away, so I went back and they were really apologetic about it. It sounded like there was a miscommunication between the employees, and they did all they could to make it up to me, including remaking the sandwich.
I’d really suggest just ordering in person though. They definitely put significantly smaller portions of veggies for online orders vs in person.
