  location locked doors over 30 minutes before listed closing time at 10pm. I put my order in online and arrived at 9:30pm to find locked doors and received a careless shrug from the man clearing standing next to my online order. was forced to call a friend nearby to have a vehicle to go through the drive-thru to collect my online order that was taken without warning of the locked location. Im dissapointed in what management could allow this to happen. I know local locations can shut the subway app off when they need to stop taking orders—why leave it open to take in people's cash and shun them at the door? What if I had not had access to a vehicle?

  If I could I would leave zero stars I just don't understand it we came through drive thru order three sandwiches the person didn't ask if we wanted any veggies or anything my husband ordered a spicy Italian wanted lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mayo, mustard and the sandwich was dry no veggies at all just meat, I wanted my sandwich toasted it was cold my chicken and bacon cold I had to ask for my add on and that wasn't even made right now questions asked what we wanted to add to our sandwich and what we did ask we didn't get I don't recommend this subway at all we wasted 40 dollars on three sandwiches just to come home and add our own stuff to it we won't be back that is for sure.

  1:15 PM, Thursday, May 21st, 2026. The manager sucked all joy out if the building when he came front of house. Everyone in the location got noticeably quieter and the environment became extremely uncomfortable. Giving two stars because the employees were wonderful, albeit clearly afraid at the presence of the manager. Hope they're okay.
