  I wish there were a way to give no stars or even negative stars but I guess i'll have to rate in order to complain. Christina Bruce is the worse. I explained to her I live in Germany and asked if I had any issues, could I return it and she said, "you can return in any store but not department store." We'll a few days later I arrive in Germany and I can not return it at all. I reached out to her via email and after two weeks of some BS excuse, she completely blocked me from emailing her. Now im 15days into this purchase and I have to find d a way to send to the states to return it. Don't trust these MFRS!

  Wow—Absolutely the best of the best! I worked with Daniel at YSL Portland, and he went above and beyond. I called on a Sunday about a rare shoe—one of only three in the U.S.—and he had an untouched pair flown in less than two business days. He even offered to open the store early for me. Every other team member was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience unforgettable. Already thinking about my next purchase there.

  Sohka in the store is AMAZING! Not only he gives tells you about the product your trying to buy, but he gives you options and has good taste! He also works really well with you and is super friendly and very professional. Its like when i buy something buy phone i hope its him helping me. He is just SUPER at what he does!

  No matter who enters the store, we are all human beings deserving of dignity and respect. I recently began working in the legal field downtown, and I wanted to take my kids to the Pioneer Mall since they had never been. As soon as we stepped into the YSL store, I encountered blatant microaggressions. The sales associates started following us around, exhibiting biased behavior. My teenagers quickly sensed the uncomfortable atmosphere, prompting us to leave. As we walked through the mall, I was genuinely disheartened by this experience, especially considering my background in law, which allows me to clearly identify discrimination when it occurs. On our way out, I decided to return to the store to reaffirm what had happened, only to be met with even more hostile microaggressions, including being questioned about our presence in the store. When I inquired if there was a problem with our visit, I was followed again. I made it clear that this behavior was unacceptable. Your job title does not grant you the authority to discriminate against individuals based on their appearance or perceived financial status. It's ironic that some sales associates cannot afford the products themselves, yet they choose to mistreat anyone who simply wants to browse. This conduct is not only disappointing but also entirely unprofessional.
