  I have worked with Ben for years on my cars. He did a great job working on them all, and we have BMWs which are finicky cars, and they also worked on our 73 Mustang. They did a great job, great price- now working with Ernest, who is also a pleasure to work with. Would not take my cars elsewhere.

  Great customer service experience at this shop. The guys at the front desk are great, compassionate and caring. I would recommend this shop any day! I went to another location and that customer service was horrible

  I have a blue Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, and I came in with a nail in my rear passenger-side tire. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the entire team at Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service in Raleigh Hills for the amazing customer service I received. They fixed my tire very quickly and, to my surprise, did not charge me anything for the repair! Everyone there was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. While I was waiting for my vehicle, they even offered me bottled water from the refrigerator in the waiting room. It was a small gesture, but it really made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I was very impressed with how quickly they took care of my tire and with how professional and hospitable everyone was. It’s refreshing to find a business that treats people with kindness and goes out of their way to help. Because of this experience, I will definitely be bringing my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport back to Gills Point S for future oil changes and other maintenance and repairs. And when the time comes for me to replace my tires, I will be getting my new tires from you as well. Thank you again to the entire team at Gills Point S for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. I truly appreciate it, and I will definitely recommend you to my family, friends, and anyone who needs tire or auto service. Excellent service, wonderful people, and a great experience!   My car needed brake work badly, and Gills is in my neighborhood. The appointment process online was easy and convenient, and I got scheduled for the next day. The inspection was thorough, and the mechanics walked me around the car, explaining what work they suggested and why, and they did so clearly, without intentionally confusing terminology. The transparency was appreciated, and their pricing for parts, labor and all else was very reasonable. I also received some advice and assistance with another issue unrelated on my car that ended up being a big help. Thanks very much! I will be back. TLDR -Professional and transparent. -Fair pricing. -Quality work and above and beyond service.

  I was so pleased. I had no idea where my car was being towed and what I could expect. The technician went above and beyond to help me. In the end, I was very pleased that I ended up at Gills Point S. The service there was superior and I met a car technician with real integrity.
