  The manager and staff at the St. John’s location are always helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I’ve stopped in multiple times for tire patches or even just an air refill. They never turn me away or even suggest that my request is problematic. It’s great to have a trusted repair shop in the neighborhood.

  I had a very positive experience with the team at St. Johns Gills Point S Tire & Auto. They have serviced my vehicle on two occasions, and each time I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. During my most recent visit, some unexpected complications arose with my vehicle. Throughout the process, Adam and the team took my concerns, needs, and requests seriously, communicated clearly, and worked diligently to take good care of my car. Their commitment to customer care, accountability, and follow-through left a lasting impression. What stood out most was the level of respect and patience I was shown throughout the experience. As someone who is not especially knowledgeable about automotive systems, I greatly appreciated being listened to, treated thoughtfully, and included in the process without feeling dismissed or talked down to. That kind of professionalism and customer service is invaluable. I have a great deal of respect for the way this team approaches both their work and their customers, and I am very grateful to Adam for orchestrating this process smoothly. They demonstrated integrity, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to high quality work. Because of that, I will confidently continue bringing my vehicle here and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

  Second time bringing a vehicle here to Gill’s and I highly recommend their customer service and car repair services. When you’re dealing with a car and repairs, it could be very stressful and these guys just absolutely make the experience so much better. They worked with me so much to reduce cost, they spent 4 1/2 hours pricing out the best Prices for parts to be shipped to minimize the cost. They were very concerned with my bottom line fixing all the repairs and getting my car back on the road. If I would’ve gone to anyone else, they would’ve certainly taken advantage of the situation and definitely price gouge me Out of the building but these guys really just care about doing good work efficient work and not breaking your bank. They were honest, they were fair. They worked really hard to keep the cost down as much as they could, including giving a sizable customer service discount making the total price affordable. I can’t thank them enough for their incredible work and service I can’t recommend them enough as they provide superior service. If you have issues with your vehicle, definitely take it to these guys. They will take good care of the vehicle and you can count on them being honest and fair.
