  Ordered a live snake shipped from Florida overnight live animal shipped. While fedex did damage the corner of the box, this specific location was friendly and had brought my live animal inside out of the cold and was ready to go thirty minutes after opening, and knew by name who was supposed to be picking the animal up. Checked my ID and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service. They need an option when calling to speak to a live representative. After being on the phone for over 5 minutes being denied the option to speak with a live person and being forced to follow the unhelpful prompts it stated I would not be transferred to a representative and to call back with any additional questions. If you have a question or need to speak to someone at the location don't bother calling them. Take your business elsewhere.
