Expedited shipping? They have failed delivery 6 times but don't have any record they can share? Endless phone calls and combined hours lost with an automated system to get a person that is "sorry" but has no solution?
Recommendation: Ship with UPS and USPS
FedEx representative came and didn’t even pickup the package and updated the status as packet pickup up. Such a unprofessional service

Fedex is terrible, if I could I would give 0 stars. They dont train the drivers properly or make sure that they are following protocol. The driver Nathanael was especially bad with this. My package requires a signature, and I missed the first delivery due to being at work, thats understandable. The seccondary attempt I was home for but nothing came but a doortag with no knock before hand. I assume Nathanael just stood there, expected me to magically know they were there, and then just put the doortag saying they attempted and will try again. I know for a fact that they did not knock because I have animals that would've reacted to the noise. Its common sense to knock to let people know your at the door especially when they're expecting a package to come. But I guess common sense isn't so common anymore which is sad. I dont understand how the world could throw the most useful tool we humans have away. I shouldn't have to hang around my window waiting for the person with my package to show up to make sure I get it, I have better things to do then to waste my time. And the customer service is absolutely abysmal.
