  The pay to use computers are ridiculously unreliable, erase all information abruptly and will not allow you to send saved information to an email within the last minute of use. Was working on my Dad's obituary and the computer deleted all progress.

  I've been using this FedEx for my printing for 10 years. Angela has always been tremendous, and I keep coming back because of the customer service.

  I had the good fortune of being helped by SE Washington St (Portland, Oregon) employee, "Sonya." Initially last week when she printed a large poster for me (for an upcoming convention), and again today when I needed to do some self-printing in preparation for the same event. Both times she was immediately helpful, extremely knowledgeable, patient with me fumbling with the machines, and generous with her time while SIMULTANEOUSLY helping numerous other customers with both shipping AND printing needs. Each and every person got the same great level of helpful care with a smile that I did, and she absolutely deserves every bit of all of these FIVE STARS. She is truly a benefit to Kinkos/FedEx or wherever she may work at in the future.
