  Simon was incredibly rude. He acted as if he doesn’t work at this establishment. When we told his coworker he was being rude they acted so non chalant that it appear this is a regular occurrence. Good luck to your future endeavors Simon.

  We printed several documents as well as foamboard posters at this location for a program retreat we were hosting at the convention center. Nicole and her team did a stellar job with our printing needs --- the documents and posters were high quality, and the staff were quite helpful and efficient!

  Ive been going to this FedEx for years and occasionally D'Androse helps me, he is amazing, so helpful and kind. I am always happy to see him behind the counter. He needs a raise!!

  I sent a statue to my sister in California. It is heavy and quite intricate. The movers brought it to this FedEx office on NE 7th Ave where they packed it and some other items to send to my sister and niece. The packages arrived today and my brother commented to me how well the items were packaged. So secure and protected for the trip. And as he put it "not even a scratch on anything". I didn't even go to the office to get this amazing service. The movers gave FedEx the shipping instructions I typed and my contact number so all my interactions were done over the phone. The statue was a prize possession of my mom's and I was a little nervous about shipping it but FedEx did an amazing job and I'm very grateful.
