  Im so happy that CopyPilot can figure out how to print and resize a pdf.... ill never go back to Fed Ex again... arrogant and ignorant staff. The location that I went to, atleast had 1 knowledgeable and "Nice" staff member... either way, they lost my business. (Ive had to use this location for the last 3 years.... not my 1st time in but will definately be my last time out the doors...

  Person who answered the phone was the opposite of helpful. Simple questions about copying a comb-bound document were somehow confounding, with the offered solution being something along the lines of ‘we can pull the binding out but it will probably damage it.’ Maybe the problem was that I wasn’t shipping anything? For that person’s sake, comb bindings use a standard 19 rings for letter size paper, and most machines include BOTH the hole puncher and comb stretcher. Jeez.

  Simon was incredibly rude. He acted as if he doesn’t work at this establishment. When we told his coworker he was being rude they acted so non chalant that it appear this is a regular occurrence. Good luck to your future endeavors Simon.
