Employee was visibly sick and sniffling while working directly with customers, putting staff and high‑risk customers at risk. He made multiple address mistakes on my shipment, and I had to correct everything several times until another employee stepped in. Corporate responses were cold and dismissive. Sick employees should stay home and not expose people or cause preventable errors.
Could not execute a 2 day delivery letter with adult signature , mistakes , misspelling, address wrong …moved to 3 computers . I finally LEFT . I’m too old for cavalier inefficiency!

Alex and Kylie were amazing at customer service. I ship all my packages here and love the safe enviro they provide. There was a hostile guest in and Alex and Kylie handled it so well and ensured the morale and environment were safe for all guest
They physically shake your package drop-offs, and if there’s any movement inside it’s a $3.99 charge. My partner dropped off a package with paper filling and a shoe box with boots inside, but apparently a little movement inside isn’t allowed so they charged us $3.99 to repack it. The box was more than sufficiently packed— better than most retailers using FedEx to ship orders. Such a bizarre experience. We’ve never encountered something like that.
