  The staff and manager went above and beyond to answer all of our questions to accommodate our needs. Incredibly friendly and I will return if I am in Portland and have shipping needs again!

  Going to Staples next time despite the longer drive!! The customer service at this FedEx print center was highly disappointing. I ordered a poster for a professional conference and did not receive the required call or text notification when it was completed. When I raised this issue, the associate and manager were argumentative and insisted they had called me. I have zero record of a missed call or voicemail, making their claim completely unfounded. Considering a professional poster that cost almost $70, I expected the courtesy plastic tube that FedEx used to provide. They apparently don't offer that anymore, which is a massive downgrade in quality that they seriously need to reconsider bringing back. Maybe the employees are upset over the ANTI-UNION policies at FedEx... 🤷‍♂️ Thankfully, there was a kind older gentleman working there who stepped in and neatly packed my premium poster in a box. Thank you to him for mitigating the experience.

  They were very unaccommodating, they are not even aware of the services they offer. I had to go to the location on NE 40th to find somebody with sense.
