  I don't understand the logistics of a company that has weights and scales to check packages and DHL doesn't notice they opened and resealed and then shipped an empty box with my product literally cut open from the inner box itself. The sent me and empty box and I had to pay $25 for tariffs for box of nothing. I wish DHL nothing but the worst. This has never happened with any other courier.

  DHL Portland @ PDX, particularly Kaylee is nothing short of amazing! When big DHL was tracking a recent shipment for Singapore and could no longer track it, they recommended a making claim on a bespoke handbag made of exotic skin. Contacted local DHL, and Kaylee entered the chats. Her solid relationships with other agencies and her experience sent her to Fish and Wildlife where she was able to track down the package and put.me in touch with the agent who also expertly walked me through the export process. If it wasn’t for Kaylee thinking out of the box and her customer oriented nature, the bag would have likely met another fate. And when she was concerned over delivery since ai was away, Kaylee went above and beyond to secure the package on a vacation hold until I could come in persona and pick it up. I got so excited upon receipt we had to unbox the purse together. What an amazing representative of DHL and their commitment to customer service. Picture of Kaylee and the bag below.
